Situated on in the Gulf Coast region, the town of
Rosenberg is included in Fort Bend County. The
history of Rosenberg dates back to 1883. Rosenberg
was named in the memory of Henry von Rosenberg the
first president of the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe
Railroad who also established the city in 1883.
Rosenberg is a delightful small community with
24,043 inhabitants, close to Houston- just 30
minutes to downtown. Rosenberg has a historic
district that is great for antique shopping as well
as being conveniently located to all sorts of
entertainment venues.
